PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFERRING PROTOCOLS

If you leave the University of California San Francisco during your protocol approval period, you must terminate your study or transfer your study to another eligible Principal Investigator. Either option is done via written request to the IACUC. If you wish to transfer your study, the request must reference the study title and approval number, and be signed by both you and the new PI.
